2. Products & Availability
Each Di Volpe creation is limited edition and made to order.
Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in gemstones, dimensions, or finishes may occur.
Availability is subject to design runs and production capacity; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in [Currency] unless otherwise noted.
Payments are securely processed through Shop Pay.
Through Shop Pay, we accept the following payment methods:
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Amazon Pay
Installments via Shop Pay Installments (where available)
International customers may see charges in their local currency depending on their payment provider.
4. International Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our UAE facility.
Delivery times vary by destination; estimated shipping windows are provided at checkout.
Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared by email.
5. Duties, Taxes & DTP (Delivered Taxes Paid)
For select countries, Di Volpe offers Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) service. Duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price or collected at checkout.
For countries outside of DTP coverage, customers are responsible for paying local customs duties, VAT/GST, and any applicable import fees.
Refusal to pay import fees may result in the package being returned; shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please ensure you carefully review product details, sizing, and specifications before placing your order.
7. Repairs & Aftercare
We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry.
Complimentary Repairs & Maintenance: Within one year of purchase, we offer free repairs and maintenance, including:
Re-plating
Stone replacement for stones under 0.5 carats
After One Year: Services are available at a preferred client rate.
Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs related to repairs and maintenance.

8. Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Di Volpe FZ-LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Di Volpe is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
