Due to the limited-edition, made-to-order nature of Di Volpe jewelry, crafted with the highest quality materials, all purchases are final sale. Orders are not returnable or refundable.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any order.
2. Warranty Coverage
Each piece is protected by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes:
• Complimentary replating
• Complimentary stone replacement for stones under 0.5 carats
3. Aftercare Beyond Warranty
After one year, services remain available at a preferred client rate.
4. Shipping for Services
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service or aftercare. We recommend using a trackable mail service. Di Volpe is not liable for lost or missing packages in transit.
