How do the elements connect?

Each element links to the next with a small, discreet connection, so the finished piece reads as one continuous design. The linking guide on this page shows every step.

What happens if an Element gets damaged or breaks?

We want your DiSEGNO Elements to last. If an Element breaks within six months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no charge. This does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidental damage, or excessive force. Simply contact our team with your order details and photos of the damaged Element, and we'll be happy to assist.

Can I rearrange my piece later?

Yes. Change the order, swap an element or add a new one whenever you like. That is the whole idea.

What comes with a starter?

The Starter Bracelet and Starter Necklace each come with one round diamond element and the Di Volpe fox head clasp. Full details are on each starter's product page.

Can I add elements later?

Yes. Every element is sold on its own, so you can keep building on your design. Open the builder or shop single elements from the DiSEGNO collection.

How do preorders work?

DiSEGNO pieces marked Preorder are paid in full at checkout and ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Elements are made in limited quantities and released in drops. Every piece is made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. See our full terms.
