The La Mano Earrings are handcrafted with approximately 3 total carats of custom hand cut white diamonds and 18k white gold. Alternatively, the earrings are available in approximately 8 carats of custom, hand faceted and polished, hand of god cultured white sapphires and 18k white gold plated sterling silver.
