Production & Handling

• Most pieces are produced and shipped within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation.

• You’ll receive order confirmation and status updates throughout.

• Production will not exceed 4 weeks. Including transit, delivery is typically 3–5 weeks, occasionally 3–6 weeks depending on destination.

• Select pieces may ship immediately when limited inventory is available.

Shipping Origin

• Orders ship from our atelier in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Shipping Costs & Methods

• United States & Canada: Flat $45 USD. Delivery within 3–5 business days from the shipping date.

• UAE (Domestic): Free shipping on all orders; no duties.

• All Other International Destinations: Live DHL rates are shown at checkout (DHL Express / DHL international services).

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over $1,000 USD ship free to: Belgium, Bahrain, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United States.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

• All duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout (DDP) so there are no surprises on delivery.

• To support our international clients, we offer a 10% discount on all purchases to help offset tariffs.

Tracking

• You’ll receive tracking details by email the moment your order ships.

• Most shipments arrive within 3–5 business days of the shipping date.

Damages & Claims

At Di Volpe, every piece is packaged with care to arrive in pristine condition. Once an order leaves our atelier, responsibility for transit rests with the carrier.

• Di Volpe is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

• Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods until your claim is resolved.

• Our client care team can provide documentation or guidance to support your claim.
